The HRIS Manager will be a working team member that will coordinate and/or validate the work of others on the HRIS support team. The HRIS Manager has direct involvement in leading implementations and upgrades and assists in the testing, training and troubleshooting process on multiple projects. The HRIS Manager will be responsible for reviewing data input and output reporting for accuracy. The HRIS Manager will suggest improvements to processes and will be a knowledge resource for other team members.

Education, Training and Years of Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in an IT or Business related field.
-Minimum 3 years experience with Peoplesoft version 8.9. or higher
-Supervisory experience required
-Advanced MS Excel Skills.
-In-depth knowledge of Peoplesoft Query.
-Experience analyzing, classifying, and documenting business requirements and functional design specifications.
-Experience with workflow analysis, business process analysis, finding improvement areas and use of business modeling tools.
-Experience in designing test strategies, test plans and accomplishing test execution, including user acceptance test development and execution and test monitoring.
-Experience in designing and developing user training and job-aids (both instructor-led and technology-based training) and monitoring to ensure the benefits of this training are realized.
-Experience with security and auditing processes.
