Job Description

The Digital Experience Manager provides a broad range of skill to support the strategic and operational goals of the company. The position works with the Creative, Marketing and Communications and IT teams. Scope of responsibility will include project management of online requests at both the home office and field level. In addition, supports online marketing efforts such as hospital websites, area landing pages, marketing landing pages, and training the field. The ability to work well with many `plates in the air', exceptional attention to detail, and a proven record of ongoing communication is a must for this role. Education, Training and Years of Experience:
-Undergraduate degree
Machine, Equipment Used:
-Good understanding, and experience with Macintosh or PC and software applications
-General office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
-Direct working experience with Sitecore a plus
Physical Requirements:
-Good visual acuity and ability to communicate.
-Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds. Reasonable assistance may be requested when lifting, pushing, and/or pulling are undertaken which exceeds these minimum requirements.
Skills and Abilities:
-Ability to speak, read, write and communicate effectively
-Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
-Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
-Ability to switch gears quickly when needed
-Ability to learn numerous programs, processes and procedures
-General knowledge of PDF and postscript files.
-Knowledge of website CMS systems

-HTML knowledge or ability to learn and retain
-Above average grammar and spelling. APA style of writing, a plus
