Encompass Health is one of the nation’s largest providers of post-acute healthcare services, offering both facility-based and home-based patient care through its network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies and hospice agencies.
The Northeast Region, with a regional leadership team based in Framingham, MA, is comprised of 19 inpatient rehabilitation hospitals across six states.
The Regional Operations Coordinator provides administrative support to the Regional President, as well as operations support to the members of the Regional Team including finance, marketing, human resources, quality, nursing and therapy.
Responsibilities include coordination and management of travel schedules and arrangements, management of all office functions for the team, assistance with the planning, organizing and execution of all regional conference calls and meetings, working as a liaison between the regional team, hospital leadership teams and corporate departments, as well as management of a variety of daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports.
Hours are part-time, with the potential for a future increase to full-time depending on the individual, with the availability to meet the fluctuating needs of a team that travels frequently.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate a commitment to superior customer service, good problem solving and analytical skills, initiative and flexibility in daily routines, as well as good communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
