The Central Supply/IT Clerk performs a variety of clerical duties associated with the supply management, provides a centralized distribution location, oversees all shipping and receiving, and maintains appropriate inventory in accordance with hospital procedures, and maintains control of supplies and equipment for all hospital departments. The Central Supply/IT clerk supports the Department Manager in providing 1st level help desk support to employees for hospital hardware and software needs and problems, completes data entry as needed and participates in various audit processes with multiple departments as needed.
Additionally, this position is responsible for hospital-level IT support as follows:
- Providing general IT support
- Functioning as a liaison between hospital and Corporate ITG, as well as external vendors
- Communicating with end-users and troubleshooting assigned applications

License or Certification: - None required. Education, Training and Years of Experience: - High School diploma or equivalent preferred. - 1 year of hospital supply management/distribution required.
