Job Description

The Associate Director of SCO Projects and Systems is responsible for identifying, vetting, evaluating, and implementing supply, service, and equipment initiatives including standardization, conversion, and education rollouts. The Associate Director of SCO Projects and Systems will use data analysis to identify financial and clinical opportunities for improvement. The position will work with leadership boards and subject matter experts to develop the opportunities into approved initiatives. He or she will work with hospitals to evaluate the opportunity and determine the best course of action for the hospitals. The Associate Director of SCO Projects and Systems will then coordinate the implementation to all hospitals including communication, contracting, stocking, and in-servicing. The role will also track adoption to standards and work to reduce non-compliance. The role would maintain and utilize Sharepoint for all projects and communication. The role will manage the functionality and content of procurement systems related to equipment, supplies, drugs, food and services. The position will oversee Beacon tools and other standard reports to provide actionable information to hospital and executive management.

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, etc. and 3-5 years of healthcare / purchasing experience OR Masters Degree in Healthcare Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain and 2-3 years experience
