The ITG Operations Coordinator provides administrative support for the department including, but not limited to, reception, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, supplies ordering, and other duties as assigned.
This position supports the receiving, sorting, and delivering of letters/packages inside the corporate campus and off-site locations. This will include the processing of incoming/outgoing mail, coordination of Home Office mail room and mail station supplies inventory, and receipt of packages in Smart System.

Education, Training and Years of Experience:
-High school or General Equivalency Diploma preferred
-Prefer continuing education via company-sponsored opportunities to supplement and enhance job knowledge and performance
-Experience with PeopleSoft preferred
-Strong Excel skills and knowledge of other Microsoft Office products required
Machines, Equipment Used:
-General office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, computer.
-Good visual acuity and ability to communicate.
-Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds including medical supplies and equipment and the transferring and repositioning of patients. Reasonable assistance may be requested when lifting, pushing, and/or pulling are undertaken which exceeds these minimum requirements.
