The Administrative Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to provide assistance and support to the hospital Chief Executive Officer and other hospital senior managers as needed. Coordinates quarterly Governing Body meetings, Medical Executive Committee meetings and various monthly system-wide meetings. Ensures appropriate documentation maintained to satisfy regulatory and licensure requirements.
Position supervises the hospital reception responsibilities and personnel.
Three years of experience in hospital administration. A working knowledge of hospital regulatory standards preferred. Candidate must have extensive working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, and power point applications. Candidate must demonstrate a commitment to providing superior customer experience to staff, physicians and customers.
