The Secretary focuses on high volume scheduling for patients and staff, up to 20 providers per day in Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy. The position works closely with Therapy Manager to schedule staff accordingly utilizing two scheduling systems. Other administrative tasks and audits to perform. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle and process heavy amounts of paperwork are essential to the success of this position. Previous experience working in a Therapy Department preferred. Previous Healthcare experience required.
