Position Purpose:

The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for assisting in preparing the external financial reports required for company. This position assists gathering and analyzing the data used in each report and in verifying the accuracy of each report. This position executes internal controls to support the financial reporting infrastructure of the Company and protects material, non-public information.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Meets position requirements and performs essential functions.
  • Assists in gathering and analyzing data from a variety of sources for external financial reports.
  • Assists in the preparation of all external financial reports.
  • Assists in compilation of financial data to support all reports/filings.
  • Executes internal controls related to the financial reporting process.
  • Protects sensitive information



License or Certification:

  • CPA eligibility required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in Accounting required
  • Prior accounting or financial reporting experience preferred.
  • Big 4 experience a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
  • Information ordering, deductive reasoning, social perceptiveness, time management, critical thinking.
  • Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
  • Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, understand and report financial information.
