Human Resources Student Intern

Position Purpose:

Encompass Health Corporation's HR Intern will get to serve as a part of a dynamic team of Human Resources experts within our corporate office. You will be exposed to a wide variety of disciplines within Human Resources and gain experience through cross-functional projects and administrative support to the broader HR team. Functional areas of support, include but are not limited to: talent acquisition, organizational development, total rewards, employee relations, and HR systems. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be actively enrolled in a college or university (Junior/Senior level students are preferred).
• Must have an interest in department in which they are interning.
• Class experience in Human Resources is preferred.
• Must be able to work in our Home Office in Birmingham, AL during Summer 2023.

QUALIFICATIONS
