Our Clinical Field Staff Supervisor communicates with physicians' offices and plays an active role in establishing and coordinating our patients' care. The CFSS is a resource person with extensive knowledge of the regulatory guidelines governing home health agencies. This is a highly visible role and one that is essential in the efficient flow of information and execution of quality patient care. - Must be a graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed in the state in which he/she currently practices.
- He or she must possess a minimum of two years' nursing experience in the health care industry and one year experience in home health.
- He/she must understand the issues related to the delivery of home health services and be able to problem-solve effectively.
- Must possess knowledge of the Medicare guidelines governing home health agencies.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
