Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm + Participation in Weekend Rotation

Location: 6688 North Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75206


As a Mobile Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and day to day support of mobile devices utilized by caregivers and marketing representatives throughout the organization.  This position has a heavy focus on providing customer service and client support to internal customers via phone. 


  • Configure, maintain, and support mobile devices issued to employees 
  • Interface directly with employees to offer real-time support and issue resolution
  • Perform bi-annual audits for assigned branches to ensure all devices are being used and functioning properly
  • Fill all mobile device / mobile equipment supply orders for assigned branches
  • When necessary, answer phones to assist the IT Customer Service Team


The right person for the Mobile Support Analyst role will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for people, and a working knowledge of mobile devices. 

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree, an associates degree, or minimum of two years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of Android devices is a plus.
  • Must have customer support experience answering the phone, including support of end-users.
  • Must have experience and working knowledge of mobile device hardware and software.
  • Must be able to work the assigned shift of 7:00am-4:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday per the rotation schedule.
