Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Location: 6688 North Central Expwy, Dallas, TX 75206

 

The Director of Digital Marketing oversees all digital marketing platforms for the company. The position is responsible for planning and implementing the digital marketing direction, which includes leading email marketing campaigns, paid digital advertising and social media and strategic use of the company’s website to ensure success based on business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire digital marketing discipline, which includes:
    • Website and proprietary digital applications
    • Website traffic plan, goals and KPIs
    • Digital data analysis to draw key recommendation for website/app optimization
  • Plan, implement, and coordinate marketing campaigns; paid digital advertising campaigns; paid social media campaigns based on stated and endorsed objectives and strategies
  • Develop and maintain digital performance dashboards that embrace data visualization best practices
  • Identify and socialize emerging trends and digital marketing technologies
  • Work with leaders to brainstorm new and innovative marketing approaches
  • Partner with the communications, marketing, and creative teams to create comprehensive digital marketing programs and develop integrated campaigns
  • Recognize and respond to the need for consistent and proactive communications around actions and outcomes with leadership
  • Manage digital marketing asset delivery across platforms and customer segments
  • Ensure consistency with the Company’s brand strategy and standards
  • Prepare, implement, and analyze budget for the digital marketing team
  • Guide the development of digital marketing plans across a variety of channels ensuring a consistent customer experience
  • Partner closely with the internal stakeholders to set and implement strategies and campaigns that achieve shared growth objectives
  • Optimize landing pages and website content via A/B testing methodologies, onsite marketing strategies, and marketing automation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, digital marketing, business or related field required. MBA or equivalent preferred, but not required.
  • 5 years management experience in digital marketing and online asset management
  • Knowledge of SEO platforms, link building, and technical SEO factors
  • Return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicator (KPI) oriented
  • Strong understanding of social media, website metrics and best practices
  • Ability to understand and interpret digital analytics and outcomes
  • Experience with Google Analytics is preferred
  • Understanding of Google Ad words and other digital media buying tactics (CTV/SEM/Programmatic Video/SEO/Email marketing)
  • Experience in the healthcare delivery industry
  • Demonstrable experience with lead generation in email marketing and digital advertising
  • Accomplished in managing a team, growing discipline functionality within a large company
