Enhabit is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Director for our Home Health branch in Boise, Idaho.  The Home Health Branch Director must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with supervisory experience.

The Branch Director will supervise the clinical operations of the field staff and the agency; and needs to understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care services and Medicare guidelines. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise the clinical and non-clinical operations of the agency including referrals and admissions, services and patient care plans; quality control and billing processes; and personnel. 
  • review plans of care on a daily basis and must have excellent knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines


Previous home health and management experience preferred.

The RN Branch Director reports directly to the RN Agency Administrator.



  1. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based.
  2. Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
  3. He/She must have a minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
  4. Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.  
  5. Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.
