Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Senior Investor Relations Analyst is responsible for creating and presenting a consistently applied message to the investment community on behalf of the Company. It is also responsible for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community. The Senior Investor Relations Analyst position collaborates in the planning and preparation of quarterly earnings and other investor relations messages. The position maintains a comprehensive and current summary of analysts’ forecasts and estimates for the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling.
  • Monitor peer events and analyze peer performance; perform relative analysis.
  • Support the design, development, content, production, and delivery of investor relations publications.
  • Build strong relationships within the Company, especially in the areas of accounting, legal, treasury, reimbursement, payor strategies, development, and operations.
  • Collaborate in the planning and preparation of quarterly earnings and other investor relations messages.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of practice questions (and responses when needed) for management prior to investor meetings and calls.
  • Support the collection and analysis of relative stock price movements, investors’ and analysts estimates/reports/perceptions, and stock ownership; prepare written summaries to convey findings to CIRO.
  • Help with investor targeting screening.
  • Work with third party surveillance to ensure they have information on investor engagement.
  • Assist in preparation of board documents.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and current summary of analysts’ forecasts and estimates for the Company.
  • Collaborate and assist with the preparation and logistics of investor/analyst meetings/events; periodically attend events with management.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion in dealing with sensitive, nonpublic information.
  • Assist in special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, finance or economics.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or investor relations.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation analysis.
