This is a remote position


The HRIS analyst will provide support of the human capital management platform (PeopleSoft), particularly within human resources and benefits. This position is a blend of production support and implementation & analytics.


  • Utilizing PeopleSoft, perform system maintenance, production user support, enhancement design and delivery, and the annual benefits open enrollment process through
  • Maintenance, improvement, and support of the HR and benefits teams, and related systems and processes
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts
  • Participate in the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of the HR, benefits, payroll, and impacted systems 
  • Coordinate and participate in all user testing, training, and troubleshooting processes


  • Must have at least eight years demonstrated experience in PeopleSoft HCM for a multi-site, multi-state company.
  • Must have a bachelor degree in information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • Focused experience in PeopleSoft system implementation and support for benefits administration is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of business processes and data relationships between functional areas in the PeopleSoft environment are preferred.
  • Experience implementing and supporting other ERP or HCM platforms is preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, across all levels of the organization, and be able to convey thoughts in a way easily understood.
  • Must have a desire and ability to maintain excellent written documentation.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess a high standard of professional ethic.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
